COVID-19 Update

In light of our current global environment, we would like to reassure you that Enztec is committed to clear and open communication during these challenging times. The ongoing spread of COVID-19 is impacting people everywhere and we are all adapting and responding to this uncharted landscape in different ways. Enztec will continue to support our customers in the best way we can.  
As things currently stand, the New Zealand government has issued a Level 4 response to the global outbreak, implementing immediate lockdown for all non-essential business services for the next 30 days. This will mean that the majority of our normal service offerings: contract manufacturing, bespoke manufacturing and product dispatch, are now on hold.
We will continue to monitor the ongoing situation over the coming weeks and will communicate with our customers accordingly. Key staff members will still be available for phone calls or video conferencing at your request - please feel free to contact us with any and all queries. Our technical teams will be working remotely to ensure new product development activities remain on track to the very best of our ability.
During this enforced time out of the office, we will as a team, also be trying to find opportunities for improvement; such as refining systems, clearing old lingering tasks, identifying potential productivity gains - as well as spending important time supporting our families. If you have thoughts on something you'd love to see us do, or change moving forward, let us know.
