A year of momentum
This year marked a shift for us. Our team spent time around the world listening, learning, and strengthening relationships across the orthopaedic community. We expanded our team, introduced new orthopaedic products and surgical instruments, and invested in improvements that will support the next chapter of our growth.
One of the most meaningful highlights has been the feedback shared by surgeons and clinical teams. Hearing how our instruments contribute to smoother surgical procedures, more efficient operating theatre workflows, and positive patient outcomes reinforces why we do what we do.
Behind the scenes, our people have taken on a significant workload. New products, platform and system improvements, new team members, and the day-to-day challenges of doing things the right way. Their effort and commitment have been outstanding, and it is setting the foundation for everything that comes next.
