Yes, this cut block has been designed to be compatible with all navigation plane tool systems that use a saw slot, provided they do not interfere with the rest of the instrument geometry. 

This cutting block is designed to be compact without compromising on the features you need. With careful consideration of size and weight, we’ve crafted an instrument that balances functionality with a streamlined design and reduced the need for multiple cut blocks. The weight is 170g (0.35lbs), and its dimensions are as follows: length 130mm (5.0in), width 70mm (2.6in), and depth 40mm (1.6in). 
 

You can make precise, easy, and independent adjustments of height (±5mm), varus/valgus (±5º), and femoral flexion/tibial slope (±5º). Adjustments are made using a 3.5mm hex driver. Height is adjusted from the front of the block while slope and v/v are adjusted from the top of the block.  

We offer hex drivers in various lengths for purchase, all compatible with the Adjustable Cutting Block. Alternatively, you can use a 3.5mm hex driver from your existing instrument set.

The adjustable cut block has been designed to be used with navigation and does not have any measurement indications on the adjustment mechanisms. However, we have had a lot of interest in a manual version of this block so please get in touch through the enquiry form on this page if you would like to discuss further. 

Yes, the Adjustable Cut Block can be used in conjunction with the Adjustable Tibial Stylus. 

The Adjustable Cut Block does not have jump holes for a recut, however you can adjust the height of the block using the height mechanism to achieve a recut.

The Adjustable Cutting Block has an open design to enable flushing around the mechanisms. It is an all-in-one design so remains assembled for cleaning and sterilisation.
