The Enztec Distal Femoral Alignment Guide consists of two adjustable paddles that allow surgeons to account for cartilage that is worn or no longer present. The device also offers optional visual feedback on varus/valgus angles through the sagittal alignment connector.
Designed to be tactile and easy to use, the guide features an open design that simplifies cleaning and sterilisation. Its flexibility supports a range of surgical approaches while helping maintain alignment with the patient’s natural anatomy.

Through the modular design of different components, this guide offers optional real time varus/valgus feedback through the sagittal alignment connector, giving you flexibility to create the set up that best supports your workflow.
Independently adjustable paddles with a generous 0-4mm range to compensate for cartilage and bone wear. The easy grip dials offer tactile feedback with every turn, enhancing workflow and usability. The high contrast marking makes it easy to set the correct cartilage compensation every time.
