General Evaluation FAQs
There are three options for evaluations:
- Clinical evaluation, most of our evaluation instruments are CE marked and can be used clinically, (please ensure these are decontaminated before returning).
- Non-clinical evaluation, an opportunity to assess its performance and benefits outside of theatre.
- Cadaver, some instruments are able to be evaluated with a cadaver but please let us know if this is your intention ahead of time.

Most instruments in our portfolio are eligible as a part of this offering. Please contact us to find out if your requested instrument is available.
Our product evaluation instruments are dependent on availability. Once you have registered your interest and completed the applicable agreement we will dispatch this within two working days. If your instrument of choice is already being used in an evaluation, you may need to wait for the next available instrument
Yes, an agreement/contract must be signed with our terms and conditions. It should be noted that evaluation samples can only be supplied against a valid Purchase Order (PO) or a credit card authorisation form before an evaluation can be started.
The trial period begins on the day you receive your instrument.
In the unfortunate event that an instrument gets damaged or lost during your trial evaluation, please advise us and we will arrange a charge to be made to your facility as outlined in the product evaluation agreement.
Eligibility criteria may exist depending on the device and we may request a 15 minute virtual screening meeting before an evaluation can commence.
You will receive a document outlining the terms and conditions for the trial. It's essential to review and understand these terms before starting the trial.
All returns are examined by Enztec personnel upon receipt. If it is deemed that samples are not in their original condition, altered or returned more than 30 days after your trial date, a charge will be made for a replacement product as outlined in the product evaluation terms and conditions.
We can provide support and training during the trial period to ensure you can use the device effectively and safely. Technical guides and IFU’s are available on our website for most instruments or please request this from our sales team.

Pricing FAQs
The only cost associated with evaluation is we ask that return shipping is your responsibility as well as any payable duties and taxes.
It is not possible to purchase the evaluation instruments themselves, however, we can arrange the purchase of a new device with our sales team (for larger order quantities we are able to offer pricing discounts).
Shipping FAQs
Enztec provide free international shipping to your facility, however, please note that you are responsible for return shipping. Evaluation instruments must be returned undamaged to avoid incurring any charges.
This will be negotiated at the discretion of the customer and the sales team. We must be notified in advance if there is going to be a delay.
You can use your freight carrier of choice, please note you must include a commercial invoice as part of the return shipment and provide tracking details to our sales team.
