How is personal data captured?
Personal data is collected directly and indirectly through the Enztec website. We collect your personal information directly when you: Subscribe to the e-newsletter - name and email are collected. Contact us - when users contact us using the online enquiry form or email address enquiries@enztec.com.
Your personal data is collected indirectly by our website through cookies, georeferencing data, widgets, etc.
Third-party cookies, performance and tracking (eg. Google and Facebook) are used to measure the number of visitors to our website and record how users interact with our website. This information is aggregated, and personal data or information about individual users is not collected. Therefore it cannot be used for marketing.

Additionally, all data is stored in encrypted databases managed by Enztec and periodical backs ups are done to minimise the probability of losing information if the storage system fails.

If a violation in our security system occurs, which results in non-permitted access to your data by third parties, we will contact you by email. If you want to update or remove your personal data, just send us an email to enquiries@enztec.com.
Will your data be shared with a third party(s)?
Your data can be shared with third parties, namely infrastructure suppliers (server, web hosting service and email) or other suppliers that may use the data to perform operational tasks such as email marketing software.
What happens with personal data transmitted for the purposes of requesting contact or for a proposal? This personal data will be used exclusively for its intended purpose - to contact and/or send you a proposal.
