Laura Hill

Laura is our Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for leading Enztec’s day-to-day operations and driving performance across our design, engineering, production, and supply chain functions. She brings a wealth of experience in operational leadership, process improvement, and people development, ensuring that Enztec delivers on its promise of quality and innovation.

Laura works closely with the wider leadership team to align operational strategy with business goals, championing continuous improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Outside of work, Laura loves exploring the outdoors with her young family and enjoys long walks with her furry best friend, Sam the Springer Spaniel.
